Prerequisite
We require a £250 audit before managing any paid campaigns. This protects your ad spend. If your landing pages, tracking, or Google Business Profile are broken, paid traffic will amplify the problem instead of solving it.

First campaigns built and launched, usually a single-keyword or single-product test campaign rather than a full rollout.
Month 02
Live, watched, adjusted
Campaigns live. After the first 5 business days, monitoring moves to weekly cadence. First bid adjustments based on early data. We add or pause keywords and audiences based on what is converting. Weekly performance review reports start.
Month 03
First strategy call, real data
First full monthly strategy call with you, using a full month of data. Targeting adjusted based on which audiences are actually converting. Quarterly creative refresh planned. Cost per lead baseline established.

Why is the £150 ad-readiness check a prerequisite?
Paid ads amplify what is on your site. If your landing pages or tracking are broken, you waste money. The ad-readiness check (tracking setup, landing page review, campaign baseline) catches that before we spend a penny.
What is the minimum ad budget?
£400/month, paid directly to Google or Meta. Below that we cannot generate enough data to optimise. You would be paying us to manage almost nothing.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. £600 flat. Your bill is predictable whether you spend £400 or £4,000.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside your accounts. If you ever leave, the accounts and all their history stay with you.
