Month 02
First conversion sprint

Month 03
Measure, iterate, snapshot
Measure the first conversion test (minimum two weeks of data). Pick next priority based on results. First quarterly competitor snapshot drops. Monthly outcome report compares Month 1 baseline to current.

What if my site needs a full redesign, can you do that for £550/m?
No. The two hours/month covers tactical fixes: tests, copy changes, form tweaks, button changes. A full redesign is a separate project. We can scope it, but it is not bundled in.
Who picks what to A/B test?
We do, based on Google Analytics data. You see the proposal before we ship.
What if conversions do not go up?
We report what we tested, what changed, what to test next. Some tests will fail. The discipline is shipping the learning, not just claiming wins. Over time the wins compound.
