The first three months, honestly

Month 01

Both tracks open

Ad-readiness check completed first (£150). Both tracks start. Organic: GBP cleanup, citation baseline, Google Analytics audit. Paid: account access, conversion + call tracking install, first campaign builds. We pick one organic priority and one paid test for the first sprint.

Month 02

Both tracks live

Paid campaigns live with daily monitoring for the first 5 business days, then weekly. Citation corrections in progress. Organic conversion work begins on the chosen page. Review prompts ongoing. Both tracks producing data.

Month 03

First integrated report

First integrated monthly report: what each track did, what it cost, what it changed. Adjustments based on which channel is producing the better cost per lead. Next priority planned for each track. Real channel-vs-channel decisions, made on real data.

About this tier

Is this just the £550 tier plus the £600 tier?

No. The £1,000 is for one integrated team running both, with one combined report. You save the coordination overhead and gain the strategic crossover: paid data shaping organic work, and vice versa.

Why is there an ad-readiness check prerequisite at this tier?

Ad spend depends on a working website and a clean GBP. The £150 ad-readiness check (tracking setup, landing-page review, campaign baseline) verifies the basics before we manage paid budgets. It replaces the full £250 audit for paid-traffic clients.

Can I drop one side later?

Yes, with 30 days' notice. You would move to either Visibility + Conversion (organic only) or Google & Meta Ads Management (paid only).

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We work inside your accounts. Same as Paid Traffic alone.
